Date-07.08.2024.Bus No.71(Belapur to Kalyan Via Taloja MIDC) - the bus is not on time from 8AM -9.00AM, only one bus or two buses but as per scheduled there are 3-4buses same condition in the evening some buses are literally empty going because there is no idea about next bus, there is so much crowed for bus and talking to In- charge and conductor/driver they are offended
and they giving reply as they are not supposed to send bus on time. The bus will cancel any time, there is no frequency of buses there is so much on going daily traveler who supposed to go to offices on time but due to lacking of bus the crowed is increase and not go to office on time.so i request to NMMT Head to look on this and increase the frequency of buses and please tell driver and conductors or in-charge to behave properly with passenger.

is third time the mmt AC bus number 125 is not stopping to srpf camp while going to wards vashi.
the same bus driver is not stopping the boss every time in morning 8:35 a.m. where is the bus is only 80% full still he is not stopping the bus every time.

request you to kindly text stirict action against bus driver who are doing whatever they feel like.

The bus 125 AC doesn't stop at Bandongri kandivali East anymore, I've waster my time waiting for it twice, if the bus is discontinued officials should remove it from official websites and if it's not then it should definitely be discontinued for bad frequency, irregular timings and changing of routes.

The bus is very late...the bus never comes on time...you are causing problems to the office staff and school students..your staff is also not behaving properly we asked about the bus they just say it will wait for Some time but another bus comes after 1 hour. .. second route buses are available on time but 45, 43, 52 are always 1 or 2 hours late.. we are not stupid to wait here for so long... Plzz make more buses available for us as a humble request.

I'm daily travelling from hiranandani highway Kharghar to vashi bus depo. Since last two days bus driver argued with me and told to get down at Navratna hotel stop at vashi which is one stop prior to vashi bus depo. I have take ticket for vashi bus depo at rs.19, but bus driver forcefully got down me at Navratna hotel stop. Another one lady is sitting in bus while he is going ahead, after asking driver said that she is my wife and she will...

I'm daily traveling to hiranandani to vashi bus depot by vashi bus depo bus. But driver argued and told to got down at Navratna hotel bus stop as I have take ticket for vashi bus depo by rs.19. another one lady is also in bus but driver not getting down her and after asking he told that she is my wife. And suggest me to take ticket for turbhe depo. While I want to travel only upto shiwaji chwok at vashi. Driver getting down me one stop prior of my ticket

I was travelling today from shiravne village in AC 55. I gave 30 bucks to conductor ( 10 rs note was torn ) asked him to give me scanner. He started abusing. Bus was too crowded. He was continuously blabbering. I gpay’d him 10 bucks and got down at Kharghar station stop ( ticket was taken till sector 35, Kharghar)...

I'm every day going nnmt bus no77which is from shantivan to panvel railway station after 10am next bus come alwys 11.30 middle bus never come plz done something because this is one of the travelling source for every middle class person

I reside at Meghmalhar Gruhal-Sankul and their is a bus stop named 'Meghmalhar' just beside the society. Buses never stop for the passengers to board the bus and we commuter passenger always have to hop the bus stops for the buses . This pattern of skipping the bus stops is commonly seen in bus no. 9, 18, 55, 20 . Please take an action against the respective bus drivers and conductors for blindly skipping the stops and harassing the passengers .

Dear Sir,

It is my humble request to you to please consider increasing the NMMT Bus Operations of Bus 110AC which runs from Kharghar Jalvayu Vihar to Mantralay.

I travel to Mantralay everyday from Navi Mumbai using this bus and it has been over an year. However I have not once found a seat after I aboard. There only a few buses 3-5 running on the route.

Further every week to week, I witness increase in commuters travelling by this bus. Many standing commuters express the same disappointment and frustration as me.

The bus is very good quality, AC built, electric however the inertia is very high and several commuters of my age (55 years complete) cannot keep up with it

I’m humbly requesting to consider increasing a few 110AC buses. I would very grateful if you could accept my request.

Please make a route for busses Direct from dombivli to kharghar railway station as many students are traveling daily they find it difficult to change 2 buses with heavy bags and kits it will be really helpful if you make one bus from dombivli to kharghar

Most of the seats of bus no. 43 and 45 from Kharghar railway station to Taloja phase 2 are loose. Hand support above heads are almost all loose. Ticket rates have increased and frequency of bus and maintenance has decreased. Buses are too small for already grown population. Please check and solve the issue ASAP

Today I was driving my car from Kharghar hiranandani to ITM signal
The Bus driver was purposely trying to block our way on the way at Jaswant sweet signal
The bus was about to touch my car and when we tried to stop the driver he started abusing us.
If my complaint is not getting solve within 2 days then I am going file the complaint about the driver in police station and against MMT bus services.
I am pregnant and during pregnancy this kind of behaviour is not at all tolerable

I work at Thane and whenever I stop 131 bus it doesn’t stop. I stay at Navi Mumbai that’s the only direct bus route available. Please help

Sir i was traveling from speghetti to Kharghar railway station in morning bus no 5505 around 10:15. The conductor of these bus is argued with me because of only 3 rupees change he even disrespect me in and continue threatened me and abuse me, please take a stick action against him I attended ticket, he even not gave me change of my rupess

i am a student from Kharghar i was waiting for the bus (55) at stop, the bus took a turn from the circle i was standing exactly there on the stop (shilp chowk) waved my hand to stop n let the driver see me, the driver was so careless that he waved me a hand a said he will stop on the next stop n not here i started running behind the bus till the next stop but the driver couldn't care less to just stop n just went off.

This is to inform u that bus no 71 is always delay from there schedule time, specially there is continue problem of 6:25am bus of 71 number is always delay always late 20 to 15 minute.I hope u understand This is morning bus if i talk about afternoon bus of return is worst it took more than 1 hour to come from there time.Bcoz of this NMMT don't suffer but we common people suffer lot i m school teacher and i always get late mark Bcoz of 71...

I m school teacher Travelling from 71 bus no . Belapur Highway depo employee, She is very rude and partial .I reach at bus stop 2:15.she says my duty time over n 3 passengers who came back to me she gave them pass but not me.She is saying i will not give you pass whatever you want to do you do .she says i m government employee i have power .And other employee who sit next to her, he says we can't says anything to her our department is different.she Saying me to go other bus depo to remove pass.I request NMMT to please increase working hour of pass removing Employee so every passenger should get pass without taking leave from there job, student from school as well as facing such problem.Please because u have monopoly so don't missuse.

I am employee or girl to travel from home.
I have waited for 45 min to come to the bus at mansarovar station bus stop.
Please provide atleast 15 min to every bus because there is lots of public to wait and if bus came there is not all fit there is lots of crowd in one bus and other are wait to another bus 30 to 40 min.
Please provide bus consistently if possible please provide 15 min at a time bus at the 7pm to 8.30pm

I travel from Uran to Navi Mumbai for Job. Since more than 1 month buses are very irregular . The maintenance is zero, in a day you can see more than 4 buses breakdown in the said route, its causes us very inconvenience, due to this we reach office daily late plus evening same issue.

Today when I was exiting my college gate the bus had been just arriving at the stop. So the bus stop is around 20 steps away from our college gate. So we ran to catch the bus and the bus driver saw us running as well. Two of my friends reached at the bus door and turned to me to tell that it was our bus. When she turned towards the door again the bus just left. It had many seats empty. My friend was about to climb when the bus left. What if my something happened to my friend? Who will take the responsibility?The driver didn't even mind to stop for a few more seconds he just left. What is this behaviour? For who are the buses for? Strict action must be taken immediately

I have a complaint against the bus conductor and bus driver of 125AC-5331 bus which goes to Borivali from Kharghar Jalwayu and vice versa. The bus driver has behaved rudely with me twice. I took the bus from Nerul L.P and I wanted to get down at the regency stop in sector 6. The bus driver never stops the bus in this stop and when I ask him to he misbehaves with me. When the stop is mentioned in the bus route then the bus driver should stop there on his own. But this driver never stops there. After that I told him to stop he yelled at me. The bus conductor who was also there started yelling at me in Marathi. I don’t understand Marathi but I’m very sure he was abusing me.

Bus no. 17 nerul to kharkopar. Bus conductor with badge 73515 is observed that he never gives QR code to scan on asking he denies and replies the QR code is broken. He was arguing with me and fellow passengers when we asked for the code. The facility is provided by the NMMT then who is he to deny it. Please prosecute against him
