The service from the NoBroker biometric team was disappointingly subpar. They departed early from the designated location, dishonestly misrepresented their departure time, and shockingly demanded extra payment to reschedule. Despite traveling 20 km and investing an hour for the appointment, we were met with no one from the team and no prior communication. This lack of professionalism and respect for customers' time raises serious questions about their service ethics. This experience has been entirely unacceptable. Was this information helpful?
