I had booked for the shifting of household items from kerala to chennai. Booked through a individual vehicle service. We had asked to pay fully before delivering goods. We got few items damaged. the delivered transporter didn't responded properly and ran away. When contacted, told to complain and claim from NoBroker. We had chosen less insurance amount than goods value, since booked individual vehicle. Contacted grievance officer. No proper response. Contacted insurance company. Couldn't submit few documents for claim which needed to be given from the NoBroker and transporter. Had a very bad service and support. I had Loss of Money and time. Think twice to choose NoBroker.
