Non Delivery Of Product — Non- delivery of Product and misguidance of redelivery & no response for refund

I had placed an order for a bouquet of flowers on Ferns & Petals on their website using my credit card on 7th Feb 2023, from the very 1st instance their customer handling and response towards order placed was very casual- they sent the delivery agent for delivering the product at 8:30 in the night- due to some health issues and power outage issue at the recipient's end the order could not be delivered on 7th Feb 2023- following which the delivery agent mentioned that he will deliver the order the next day i.e. 8th Feb 2023 once he gets a intimation from F&P team tomorrow and again the F&P customer assistance also mentioned over call that they will get the product delivered on 8th Feb 2023.
On 8th Feb 2023, upon not receiving any response from F&P, I made a complaint through their chat bot and again over call their different executives assured that they will get the order delivered on 8th Feb 2023.
There have been several exchange of emails and phone calls between me and F& P team and the same exchanges have happened on 9th Feb 2023 and no response and when I requested for a refund they are closing my complaint ticket without any response.
