It has been a week that i have made an online payment and ordered a phone cover from dressmyphone. While i have received a payment acknowledgement email from payumoney, the wedsite has yet not sent any acknowledgement.

The order history also says that my payment is pending. I have sent multiple complaints, but have received no response whatsoever...
