voltage issue and transformer issue

My area is near saraswati vidya mandir high school, hospital road, sitamarhi, 843302, in this area electric wire are drawn on the pole but electricity supply is not yet started as transformer is not available. sudden increment of my bill

Inform you that my bill normally of ₹500 to 700 but in month of july my bill rises to₹1813. So i am not satisfied with it

complaint not, resolving meter defective

wrong reading and wrong light bill

Sir i am a normal consumer in dumra. My merry reading is very high that causes excess electricity bill. I don't use much electricity but it shows very excess. (Meter is not working and wrong bill) so please resolve this problem. I am anayalizing it for more than march -2018, but it does not resolve till now.

regarding ambiguous and false billing.

Sir, my consumer no. Is[protected] on the name of hari shanker roy. Previous meter reading was taken on 12 jun 19 and present reading is taken on 14 aug 19 skipping the month of july. Because of this the consumption exceeded 500 units. This lapse has taken place because of meter reader. So why should i pay extra charges. power interruption

We are facing power failure from dated 12/08/2019 at 7.00pm. Due to little rain last evening power is shut down. power supplying stop
