Nova Life Space — Non-refund of token advance of rs.2000-0/- paid on 17.12.2022

I had booked a plot no.15A at Kundrathur, chennai on 17.12.2022 and paid a token advance of rs.20000/- on the same day through gpay. Due to medical reasons, I could not proceed further. I had sent two emails on3rd and 12th Feb'23 to salessupport for refund. Though 7 months had lapsed, I have not not received any reply or refund. Kindly arrange to refund the advance immediately.
