Ntt Data — recruitment feedback

Hi team,

I am dropping you a note to provide a genuine feedback on the recruitment process, one of my friends daughter was recruited and received the offer letter from ntt data in june 2016 in hyderabad. This was a campus recruitment and for bangalore office. We do not have any point of contact so searched on google and thought will drop you a note. The recruitment team called in february 1st week and checked if the candidate had joined somewhere already which is like a weird question and they told they would contact in a weeks time and never got back. Is there anyone we can reach out or escalate? Its been 2 year now :) since the offer letter was issued and delay is on going.

Please advise. Appreciate your assistance!
