Dear sir/madam,
My name is Kritika Sunam and on 29th of November, 2024 I had ordered 4 products which was supposed to be delivered on 3rd of Dec, but it got delayed and it has still not delivered to me that is why i cancelled my product through the consumer help of Nykka beauty as I am out of India Currently, They have still not Refunded my amount and they have the worst service as they say that they have discount in the Pink Friday...

Nykaa.com — Poor customer service

I have been calling them since last 5 days regarding the same problem, and there is no update to my issue .
It is so irritating to have same replies every time.
My flight is on 2nd dec, expected delivery was 29th November 2024 .
But they have not yet delivered.
I have been complaining that there is some misroute issue showing in my delivery tracking app since a week but no response.
My parcel stands undelivered...
