Respected All,

Greetings of the day. This is to kindly be noted we purchased an AC of O General from Vijay Sales Indirapuram Ghaziabad on 20-04.2024. As discussed with Vijay Sales Indirapuram Ghaziabad, AC smelling foully which needs to be checked urgently to prevent my mishappening. Requested to change the AC with new AC on priorit.

Just installed yesterday. Cooling effect not felt at all; highly ineffective. Too noisy. Awful smell too. This is just within a day post installation....

O General — Seats damage condition

Address: Chandanagar 202 Kavya Mansion Hyderabad-49

I have started the journey from Tadepalligudem to Hyderabad on 22.02.2024 at 8.30pm. In this Bus both seats are damage condition H1 & H2 attached photos for your reference. Bus Number AR01G4160
But this persons not give changing this seats. We are not happy to say that either refund the money or change the seat immediately.

If not take action will go for consumer complaint.
