Obc — obc certificate

I submitted online for obc certificate at 29.12.2014 and submitted in bdo office with the all documents at 21.01.2015.But when i check my obc certificate online status, looking that application submitted, hardcopy not recieved.Why is this looking?My obc certificate application number OBCWB07032014/10022.My email id is [protected]@gmail.con.Please answer my question soon.

On 27/5/18 sunday i have use my OBC debit card ATM for transaction of RS 1000 from the other bank atm (SBI), the transaction has not completed but amount has been deducted from from my account.

I have not received a refund yet. And I had filled the form in the bank too. There was no action taken against the charging bank. And I am not giving a reply to my email too. I want my Rs 500 back please reply
