Dear Team,
Refer to CRN # [protected] the bill of this ride is reflecting as pending in my Ola app however driver has taken this amount of 828/- from me in cash. Since there is NO CONTACT NUMBER updated on Ola app, I couldn’t register my complaint with them on the same day. However I have registered my concern on their twitter handle on the next day i.e, 16th Mar’22.
But I haven’t received any response from them for almost a week, then I wrote them email on 24th Mar’22 and since then I have sent them numerous emails/reminders but no one from Ola Cab called and addressed my concern. Rather they have sent me an emails thrice, confirming reversal of this amount in 72hrs. But nothing has happened till date.
To my surprise I have received an email from ola saying, I have raised this issue on the real time basis hence they can not reverse this amount.
I am constantly getting reminders for these dues which I don’t own. Please have this resolved asap as it’s hitting my CIBIL score too since my ola postpaid has also been utilised here.

Anyway i have paid this through AmazonPay
But Yesterday again when i created Ola Postpaid it had again charged 850.
It means fare of ride was 650 and i paid 1900 approx
They are manipulating people and increasing own worth, One of the my friend also having same problem. What is this?
I never recommend to anyone in my friend and family to ride through Ola Cabs.
