Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Cash paid for ride, but showing pending amount in Ola app

Booked ride for my relative on 3rd Feb and they had paid cash to the driver, but it showing as pending amount in Ola app and getting numerous automated calls asking for payment without giving any option to contact Ola support team which is very irritating
