I booked an auto ride on 27th Oct 2022 with payment mode as cash. The trip cost was Rs.585/- and I paid Rs.600 as cash at the end of trip. Driver received it and went away. However, now the driver is denying cash received and marked it as due against me.

I called the driver, he picked up the call once & when i asked about the trip/payment, he disconnected and never answers my calls until today. Atleast 50 calls made until today.
Raised complaint multiple times with Ola since 29th Oct'22 and they keep closing the support tickets without proper investigation & resolution. It's extremely frustrating to see Ola support team blindly believes the driver statement, simply denies responsibility and asks me to repay again for the trip.
I called Ola again 4 days ago but I was told to produce evidence for cash payment. I asked following questions to Ola but did not get any satisfactory response.
1) I have not seen any Ola on-the-spot evidence/receipt/confirmation for cash paid. How is it feasible to produce a receipt for my payment? The auto driver fraud is not picking up my calls.
2) how is Ola believing the driver and not the customer. The basis of Ola believing their driver partner is said to be based on their internal policy/procedure.
3) if its a cash payment mode selected, will the driver go without collecting cash after dropping me.
4) how did Ola allow immediate next booking for me and I made cash payment without any hassle.
When i create this post this in Ola facebook page, they keep deleting the post! I keep raising the issue and the support team keeps closing it by simply asking me to repay the trip fare.
