I had taken the ride on 16th Oct 2021 from my Linked account of +[protected] from Khar to Mumbai Central which had cost me Rs 539 as shown in the OLA app for which I had already paid in Cash to the driver. [I had told them to ask driver about that]. After that Ola app keeps on showing that I have not paid Rs 539 & keeps on popping up on my mobile app. I thought it may be some mistake that I will resolve when I book a cab next time, but a few days back my Ola postpaid money was charged for which bill will be generated on 17 Jan 2022. It's completely harassment that I am facing because of there poor service & Technology. I want this amount to be refunded in my account. I am not liable to pay any amount. Please look it into this & resolve the issue. I have tried there customer care number but it's pathetic they don't answer. Was this information helpful? |
