Hi,
I booked an Ola auto on 15th Apr 2022(CRN [protected]). Although I selected the payment mode as Amazon pay and the money was deducted from my wallet, the driver kept insisting me to pay cash as the deducted amount was not visible in his account. He forced me to pay cash of rupees 120. I raised request in Ola but no proper resolution happened neither their support number works. I need to get my deducted amount reversed.
Also the auto that picked me up had a different number than what I booked. Hoever the driver was able to start and stop the trip. I am attaching the image of the auto.
