I Vishwa Deepak, have booked a cab on dated 07 April, 2022 from my place to Omaxe mall Greater Noida. The driver Mr. veer Narayan reached at pick up location with his white Hyundai Xcent (CRN[protected]). Once I boarded in car with my family I asked him to switch on the AC because it was hot weather outside and parallel there was bad smell and mosquito in his car. He refused and gave excuse of CNG prices hike. I told him that in my fare there was no terms conditions written where you can refuse my request but he was adamant. I called on your support number and he asked him to switch on but he also failed to convince him. And meanwhile I have reached my destination without AC. after that he was so rude and misbehaved with my father as well when he was telling that it's customer right.
