On 19th august, 2019 i took ride on ola from mulund to cbd belapur, for which i was charged double the amount. When issue was raised it stated due to traffic. Cnr : [protected]
There was no traffic and route was also normal.
Rs 683 was charged.
I tried to find several customer care number, tried various number, however no one responded.
On august 22nd i took a ride on ola from cbd belapur to mulund, for which auto broke down at ghansoli nearby area and i was charged rs 232.
After having a conversation with ola executive, i was informed amount would be refunded to me via gpay and i haven't received this refund.
Cnr : [protected]. On 22nd i had raised this issue to the concern person and he mentioned would get back to me, which is still pending.
I had used their ola money service and had informed them that payment will not be done, until and unless they have sorted my payment issue. They informed to use their vouchers and consider amount as refund for the ride on 19th august, however i do no wish to use ola again due to such fraud activities. Multiple times i did try to reach ola service and no response is received from their end.
Kindly help me resolve this issue, as ola bothers via calls and mails and they have transferred to legal department, currently which is a nuisance to my daily life. Was this information helpful? |
