Incorrect cancelation charges levied which was supposed to be removed. However it wasn't. Then in the next trip I paid the previous charges and still they say that I have to pay more.
Support ticket :[protected] says that I did not raise cancellation issue in time, but I did. Check ticket :[protected].
It also says the bill was 2461 and 50 was due to previous cancellation. I have paid 2007 by card and 504 to driver. Why is the app still asking me to pay 50/- then? Was this information helpful? |
