I booked Mini old at estimated fare of Rs 450 to travel from Grant Road to Malad Mumbai on 9/2/22 night around 8.30pm. When I tried making online payment on my card, the old app did not permit me to make payment. When I reached destination I was told by driver that the trip is paid for which in fact I did not pay in the first place. The next day I received a note from Ola asking me to pay fare of Rs 524ie Rs 74 more then the est fare. There was no deviation on route. There was no waiting period and hence I questioned customer service. They are unable to resolve. My simple question is what prevents Ola from charging me Rs 1000. Where is the transperency. The same distance I travelled in the afternoon at 1 pm I was charged Rs 390. I have been travelling by Ola for last 5 years but never faced such mismangement in its service . I need resolution by higher management team as the customer service team just gives standard response without resolving the issue of higher charge Was this information helpful? |
