I updated my Ola app due to some issue after which the payment option went to Ola postpaid automatically. I took 4 rides after this and paid normally through my Gpay for all these rides. The last driver told me, 'Madam, the payment has been made.' I denied saying no, i do not have an online payment option and paid him. I reached home and checked my app to understand that the ola money option was chosen. Again, I had not chosen this option. I sent an email to ola reporting the same. I realized that there is absolutely no way to reach out to their customer care. I soon started getting messages from ola to my phone. I then started getting messages from random people on my whatsapp asking me to repay the amount or they will proceed with legal action. I replied to at least 5 of them asking to let me know how to talk to a customer care executive. None replied. I called to those numbers and either they do not pick up or they have no incoming calls options. Once person finally picked up and i asked him if he was an executive. He first hung up. On calling thrice, he picked up and said that he does not work on sundays. I asked him then why have you messaged me on a sunday. He said he would call me the next day. I tried the next day, he never answered my calls after that. I also received calls from 3 other executives to whom i explained the entire situation and they said they would escalate it and clear the dues. Nothing happened. The last executive asked me to share the payment screenshots for proof. I was waiting for my bus hence requested her to call me after 2 minutes. Obviously, never called back. Everyday I receive messages from at least 3 new people. I feel harrassed. I also sent an email to the security email of Ola and messaged on their instagram handle. I do not know what else to do.
