Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Harassment through repeated calling and threats to visit at my house

I have already tried to resolve the issue with Ola Support but there has been no resolution yet. Ola Cabs have been repeatedly calling on my number harassing me asking to pay the pending due amount.

Incidents:
I have traveled in Mumbai sometime back in 2024 by booking an auto using Ola app and the driver asked me to pay through cash which I did after the trip ended. But then Ola app asked me to pay the amount which I feel the driver didn't update from his end. After writing multiple emails to Ola Support also there has been no resolution.

Now they are repeatedly harassing me by calling through automated numbers atleast 20-30 times a day and I am fed up of this. This has happened to me before last year for which I gave in and paid the amount so that I stop receiving the calls but now they are doing it again and now threatening to visit my house for collecting the amount. Please help.
