On 5th march 2022, I took a ride through OLA Cabs of INR 171 which I paid through the application which was linked to my Gpay account. I paid for the ride with Gpay, received the invoice and left. From the next day it started showing as unpaid and to clear the due, I talked to the customer care who asked me to mail the transaction receipt and invoice. Even after sending all the required details they did not remove the charge and started to increase the amount on daily basis. The amount went up to INR 425. even when I try to open the app and see due payment is against the same ride that I already paid for. I've tried everyway by talking to customer care and sending mails but NO ACTION IS TAKEN. From the last month I've been receiving random msgs from OLA on my whatsapp stating that they are filing legal action. I tried to talk but NO RESPONSE. the are continiously calling and harassing me by sending me threatful whatsapp messages and calls. I've tried to mail and ask for support instead I just receive standard msg that someone will get back to me regarding this. Meanwhile my whatsapp is filled with threat msgs from random numbers .
