I have booked a Ola cab for mini where at the time of booking CRN [protected] it had shown an amount of 445 and at the end I was charged 926. When I tried to escalate via app it never worked and when called callcenter they mention about notification which never came and when I see breakup there were charges for prime play which was never used and not worked in the cab. This is creating trouble for me with multiple follow ups for additional charges and not being resolved. Would like to bring this concern as this is cheating the customers who are charged exorbitantly without right information and for the services which are not used by customers. The support mechanism is unable to resolve issues through all the mechanisms. Was this information helpful? |
