I actually raised this ticket on 3rd Jan 2022. It's already more almost 45 days I didn't get proper response from you. Please don't be so much careless about customer complaints.
Cab driver was not professional driver. We missed our flight to Bangalore. It was a worst situation that we had faced. Driver was not experienced and many places auto was overtaking our cab. We told our flight timings also but driver was really careless. He didn't had sufficient fuel also. He wasted our time at fuel station also. Really worst experience with Ola.
If you need I can proved you tickets details also. We were 4, all o[censored]s missed our flight to Bangalore and had rebooked our ticket.
Okay made us to loose almost 20k.
