I had taken a ola auto ride on 17 Jun 2022 (CRN no- [protected]). The amount was Rs. 163 which I paid to the auto driver through Gpay on mobile number provided by him ([protected]) with UPI transaction id[protected]. Still money was again deducted from Ola postpaid account. I have sent multiple emails to ola support email id requesting them to check and refund my money that was paid twice but I have not received a single response from them. In turn I am getting multiple spam calls and messages from 'PayUmoney' asking me to pay amount against Ola postpaid. It is a mental harrasment of someone to not revert to their queries but make thousands of spam calls asking to pay money.
I want Ola to refund me my money with interest till date of payment and compensate for all damages and mental harrasment due to dealing with spam calls and messages multiple times every single day.
