I write with utter disappointment regarding the services offered by ola.
Rs. 188 was deducted for the first time on the day of taking the ride that is 25th December 2021 and Rs. 187 was deducted again on January 14th 2022. I was asked to pay Rs. 1 for my previous trip and I had accepted the payment but Rs.187 was later deducted from my paytm account. I had taken 2 trips on 14th Jan and was charged 3 times on the same day. I had reported the issue taking the help of the support section on the app on the same day( January 14th 2022). Attaching the pictures for your reference on what action I took to report the issue. It clearly said there I would receive a refund in 7 days. Please note that I did not receive any ticket after reaching out through the app. Since I had not received my refund by 21st Jan 2022, I informed the customer support regarding this along with another issue I was facing. The CS executive had raised a ticket on my behalf to which there was a response saying I had not reported it within the stipulated time when I reported the issue on the same day the money got deducted from my paytm wallet. On again reaching out today, the CS agent said they could not find the record of the complaint.
I have attached all the documents as proof that I have done everything on my part to report the issue on time. i kindly request you to look into the matter and refund the amount at the earliest
