Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Non payment of postpaid money

On 3rd of December I had avail the service of Ola auto from home to work place. Without my knowledge I mistakenly selected wrong option "postpaid money", but later on I had paid the amount via cash. Why would someone will pay the amount twice. This is not justify reason to ask someone for money which has already paid
