Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Not refunding pre booking money

Dear sir/mam,
Some time ago I have booked an ola electric scooter for rupees 499.
But after some time I changed my mind to buy such product. Hence I cancelled my pre booking and initiated request for my refund rupees 499 but unfortunately i still didn't received any money. I think ola electric scooter company Making fraud with me..
Pls look into the matter as soon possible as.
