There is lot of problems with Ola Dash. The promised delivery time is 10 mins -
1. The actual delivery happened after 40 mins.
2. Items were missing and no refund provided after 48+ hours.
3. There is no in app support feature. The app is not made properly - being integrated in Ola app but there is no way you can see past orders or raise complaints.
4. The email id mentioned in terms and conditions is irresponsive
5. Posts on FB, Twitter, Google Play ratings makes there bot ask you to DM your contact for help but does nothing.
6. Parent Ola company - ola cabs does nothing to support and say Ola dash is a different entity altogether (why integrate in the app the first place?)
It looks like a hurried launch of the app with proper technical maintenance or customer support. Currently I have not received a refund and the only option one has is to file a complaint in consumer forum. Was this information helpful? |
