Dear sir,
Ola is harassing me by calling and sending regular sms about unpaid money when i have paid the same in cash to the driver. Initially they had automatically updated the setting with postpaid money wallet.in a call with csr i informed i don’t want that facility and will pay in cash in case i don’t have wallet money. Later while travelling within kolkata i paid 1200 in cash knowing i don’t have money in wallet. Then i suddenly got notification that money due in postpaid wallet. I told them i have given it to the driver, they can talk to him and confirm. But since then they have been calling me and sending sms everyday threatening to take legal action. I even told them to conference me with the driver. They did not do it.
Ola is updating with this kind of settings without confirmation from the consumer or even without properly informing them about the facility. Then their driver demand the money in cash and of course i paid. I have stopped using ola after knowing the scams they pulling like this. Charging the consumers twice.
