My payment transactions for Ola Postpaid kept failing at your end. I raised complaints over email trying to get this fixed. After 2 replies, you stopped replying altogether. Even after making payments, INR 48 continued being due and then INR 0.01
I have tried CONTACTing you multiple times with no response from your CUSTOMER service. (Wrote to [protected]@olamoney) And then you complaint against me to crif bureau??!!! My crif score is all messed up because INR 0.01 shows due.
I NEED YOU TO FIX THIS!!! I am not taking the fall for your ### response system. And I'm never using ola services again if this doesn't get fixed!!!
