Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — ola s1 pro display is not turning on bike is dead

I have already complained 2-3 times on the app and tried calling customer care too, but they aren't helping me with my issue. My scooter hasn't been turned on since last 15 days and its handle locked that's why I'm not able to move it to service station so i have already called and booked their Road Side assistance but they canceled my booking without solving the issue and even after booking for second time they aren't responding. I had called their customer care for more than 10 times but never got any positive response for my issue, they just say they will arrange pickup but its been 15 days now 06/09/2024 and not a single person has come to pick my vehicle. Please someone tell me what should i do? Worst service experience please do something about it.
