Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Ola wants me to pay a bill though it was paid by a cash

I had booked a trip for my relative. The driver was paid by cash but the app is showing the fare is due in the app. I had raised a complaint against this but I'm still receiving message from ola. Please do investigate this as I'm not ready to pay you twice for your mistake. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.
