Having issues with Ola payments. When we select a ride with online payment and if we pay by cash with some issues with online payment, the system is not updating the payment even though driver updating the payment and closing the ride.. I have two accounts with two mobile numbers and same issue repeated.. why should user pay extra amount for the technical issues from OLA side .. they can raise with Technical team and close the issues but they don't do that.. escalating to the higher level also no use...
