Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Over charged compared to my estimated price

With utter disappointment and harassed, I am raising this ticket with #consumer complaints site to get a justice.

On 24/2/2022 morning, I have booked an OLA cab from Sukhwani palms, Wagholi to Panchasil business park, baner and paid Rs 347 for same. I have attached invoice copy of same. The bill invoice includes trip fare which includes tax also.

Same day, at evening i have booked a return journey through OLA cab from Panchasil business park, baner to Sukhwani palms, Wagholi and paid Rs 482. The bill invoice includes trip fare, taxes and ride time for distance (As if i am travelling with a PM or using OLA's extra ordinary service).

When i booked my ride it was displaying to me the approx estimated price for return journey would be Rs 347 - Rs 357 which i ignored as it was nearly same to morning ride.

After I completed my ride I came to know that my over all bill price was Rs 482 for which they have deducted 413 rupees from paytm and 69 rupees i had to paid to the driver.

when I called to OLA customer service Ms Daulat had picked up the call and said to me that bill was generated correctly and she will not be able to help me in any way. I have clearly explained the issue and the scenario for which I have called to customer service. She has raised 4 tickets for same, which after 2 mins went to RESOLVED status by their team, while I am still on call with Daulat. I asked her the reason behind marking the tickets as closed, she asked me to be on HOLD and later asked me a astonished question that "Sir, did you take screenshot of the estimated price before starting the journey". I never know OLA is expecting their customers to that also. So I asked her to transfer the call to manager for which she informed me that she will arrange a call back after 30 mins. i asked her to update the same on ticket as proof she did not do that and transferred the call to manager Arfat. I have explained the scenario and the issue to OLA manager in details and then he said that there was no deviation in charge and bill generated was correct.

I informed him that I have checked very clearly that the estimated price was Rs 347 - Rs 357. He said that as bill was correct he will not able to help. When I asked to manager, did OLA have any screenshot for same, he denied on same.

I believe that OLA is harassing customers like this and taking money from them.

I have attached both ride bills for your reference. I expect Consumer complaint dept to take a strict action against OLA and provide me justice.
