Hi ola cabs,
On last three auto rides, we have paid the amounts as soon as we got down.
As we use ola cabs occasionally, we have no idea about ola postpaid services and i didn't even know about it and even driver didn't mentioned about the payment.
But now i'm getting text messages and emails from ola that clear your dues - 180/-.
From the last few days, started getting harassment calls to clear the dues.
Why should we pay the amount when we have already paid to the driver.
This looks some kind of fraud is going with this kind of post paid services, without providing proper information/ notifications to the customer.
First streamline your business process properly and then start the services.
Don't harass your customers with this kind of half-baked business process models
I request ola please provide proper support and stop this harassment to your customer.
