Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Paid in cash but still showing pending in app

I booked a ride on 27th Nov 2021 and paid all amount and the driver also confirmed it that time. Still, it is showing I need to give 600rs to book the next ride. I've sent so many emails to the Ola team but didn't get any refund yet. I am attaching the screenshot of the transaction here.
