I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Cab
The issue that I have experienced was: I hv booked Ola on 11th April, as drivers Always asked to pay through Gpay or cash and not accepting request if payment is through ola money .I have paid driver through Gpay.But till now it is showing outstanding payment in my account.I hv several round of words with Ola services..They said they hv recovered the 700Rs from driver and issue has been resolved just it is taking time to reflect in my account...Now it hs been 11 days I am waiting..Every time they are saying that they have put up the issue with Ola technical team and it will be resolved in some hrs...But till now no solution provided...Now when I am reiterating my complain now even they are not responding to it.
Pls tell me how to deal with it.

It occurred on: 11/04/2022
Just update the issue in Ola app...And remove the outstanding from there.also they may provide me the invoice of this trip.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
