I am highly disappointed and shifting to Uber.
I used a ride recently late in the night with my family. The driver was slightly drunk and after dropping started asking for more money and arguing.
I immediately registered complain on app and tried calling the number that was being shown. But to our surprise every time we tried to select language option, nothing was happening.
My other family members tried and same response.
Then I wrote a message and asked ola team to call me immediately. No one called.
Today it shows issue is resolved and they have emailed me. But I have got no email.
This is customer safety and concern of Ola Cabs. Pathetic, disgusting and disappointing.
On other hand Uber did call back when my friend tries to file a safety complaint. Was this information helpful? |
