[Resolved]  Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Unable to pay the ride dues in Ola app in any mode, but late payment charges added and getting frequent calls to clear dues.

I am using Ola for lots of time and paid lots of cab charges. Now just for Rs.288 unable to clear the dues. Tried all the options with app and online. It doesnt go to next payment page ta all. Requested Ola support too. No resolution yet to clear the dues. Already late fees are getting added. Now after mailing they just waived the late fees for few days alone. Again it's going to get added in next 2 days. But getting multiple calls continuously each day to clear the dues from Ola bot. Don't know Why ola is not quickly fixing this issue if it is common.
For past 2 years, was using UPI or cash mode. After two years just once last month I used Ola Postpaid due to unavoidable reason. Now facing the issue. It's bad. Please let know if anyone knows how to fix this issue.
