I am writing to escalate a long-standing issue with my Ola electric scooter, which has not been charging for over a month now. Despite multiple complaints (Request Nos.[protected] June 2024),[protected] June 2024),[protected] June 2024),[protected] May 2024),[protected] May 2024)), no satisfactory resolution has been provided.
The scooter was taken to the service center around 22nd May and returned with an assurance that the issue was fixed. However, the problem persists. I have repeatedly raised complaints, yet there has been no effective action taken. Additionally, there has been no response from Ola Electric to my calls after the initial service.
This prolonged inconvenience is unacceptable and has severely affected my family's daily routine. My daughter, who relies on this scooter for her commute to the office and other essential needs, has been immobile to a great extent due to this issue. The lack of a functional scooter has caused significant disruption and hardship.
I request immediate attention to this matter and a prompt resolution. This situation has caused undue stress and inconvenience, and it is crucial that it is resolved without further delay.
