I booked a ola cab for my day who is 65 years old, initially driver refused to come at pickup point so i have to drop him at place where driver forced us to. Later on he left my dad stranded on road by lying that your son is calling you on the other side. When my dad got out he ran away.
Later on when i registered a complaint at ola customer care, they said they will take internal action against the driver, when i asked them will get any follow up on this action, they straight away refused it. When i asked them to book a can for my dad who is still standing on the middle of the road, they refused that also by stating we donât have any compensation policies for harassment done to senior citizens in their ola # cabs.
When i told them i will file a complaint against your company and inhuman behaviour done with my dad the blatantly replied â you can do whatever you want toâ
Please help in taking action against this unsafe cab providers otherwise they will keep harassing customers like this
