On 19 oct 21, a ride was booked with postpaid as mode of payment. However the driver after reaching pickup point refused the same and cancelled resulting in deduction of 148 rs. After a lot of emails to ola in oct 21, they agreed to refund. However it is still being shown as due. Now even the app is not opening the particular ride to enable me to take out the details. The ola support is not helping and they keep asking for the ride details. Was this information helpful? |
