I booked a ride on 05.04.2022 from my account at 2:02 PM in Delhi, whose estimated fare was Rs. 213. Upon booking the ride, the cab driver arrived and asked for the OTP to start the ride. I shared my OTP with him and he started the ride. After punching the OTP in his system, he denied to turn on the AC and said that I will not turn on the AC as the CNG has got costlier and offered to cancel the ride instead. I agreed and he said that he is cancelling the ride and dropped me right away at my pick-up point only. It has been more than 24 hours now and that ride is still reflecting as "Ongoing" in my OLA App. Moreover, my money (Rs. 213) in my paytm wallet has also been blocked since then as the ride is still reflecting as ongoing. I tried various times to contact the customer support of OLA but their support system is so unreliable and disgusting that not even a single call to their customer care got connected. Therefore, it is requested to please intimate them to update their database so that the subject ride reflects as cancelled by the driver and my money (Rs, 213) in my paytm wallet that has been kept on hold gets released.
