Ola Cabs — Booking cancelled but money deducted

Hi Team, This is with reference to CRN 33495466. This booking was cancelled as the driver had said he is in Gandhibazaar while the boarding place was basaveshwaranagar. Money has been deducted from Ola money though the booking was cancelled. Could you please refund the same.

Hi Team, This is with reference to CRN 36202106. This booking was cancelled as the driver could not understand the pickup venue and took more than half an hour to reach the place. Finally, since he still was not on the correct route i cancelled the ride. Money has been deducted from Ola money though the booking was cancelled. Could you please refund the same.
