Sub: - Complaint about your taxi service.
Sir,
I am regular customer of your taxi services in Delhi as well as Jaipur also.
On 3/1/2015 I booked a cab in Chennai on your customer care number
[protected] at 9.15pm for pick up from Vepery police station to
Chennai domestic airport for 4/1/2015 at 5.30 am in the morning.
My pick up address was
KAPADIA BHAVAN, Next to St. Paul school, Backside of Vepery Police Station,
Vepery and Drop at Domestic Airport (MAA) which is 50- 55 min run by car.
I received the message from OLA on 4.52am i. e (Say Ola to your
driver MANOJ ([protected]) for CRN 25575278. Silver Tata Indica TN 20 BT 6269 to
pick you up @ 5.30am, 4 Jan. [protected] to track your cab). I also received
call from +91 [protected] driver speaking in Tamil, I told him that come back side
of Vepery police station. He said I am coming, waiting which I don’t
understand at that time.
At 5.18 I received message from OLA regarding Delay in 10 min. I was like ok,
still I have 1hr in my hand to reachh at MAA i.e. Chennai Airport.
At 5.24 I called him
and I asked where you are? The driver was not understanding English as well as
Hindi I again told him that come near Vepery police station he was saying I am
waiting I am coming and something in Tamil…..
I went to Gate Number
1 of Vepery Police station and at 5.38 I called him again at his number
[protected]. He was not at all understanding the English, I told him that I am
waiting in front of Vepery police station, come fast.
It was frustrating for
me, then I called OLA customer care on [protected] at 5.44am and told
the telecaller that kindly translate the driver he was not able to understand
English. Then with a conference call with driver- telecaller and me the
telecaller was speaking in Tamil and he was asking about his location he was saying
I am in front of Royal Place Hotel. I told him that come in front of Vepery
Police Station. I am standing there only. I don’t know how you can appoint the
telecaller who was not able to provide guidance to your drivers also.
Finally I decided that
I will cancel your OLA Cab at 5.53am I called at 91 [protected] this
time the another telecaller was there I told him that please contact taxi
driver fast or cancelled my taxi I am going to miss my flight.
At 5.57am I received message from[protected] for cancellation.
At 5.58 I got a auto riksha who dropped me at 6.45 outside of the airport it
take me 5 min to reached airport counter and my flight was at7.05am. Boarding
closed at 6.40am I missed my flight because of you and your employee
who was not speaking Hindi which is our national language as well as English.
I being a non resident
of Chennai, went there for leisure trip. Hence I don’t know the local language.
So I thought of your services which are running all over India.
But I was wrong to
choose your services.
Because of your
misguidance it cost me Rs.300/- for auto from Vepery Police Station to Chennai
Airport and Flight Cost at 5, 611/- which I had missed and another flight amount
16, 374/-. Hence, I want recovery of Rs 16, 374/-, the money which I lost because
of your negligence. From next time please recruit someone who is able to
understand the language of customer.
