Today on 27 october 2019 i have booked a car from my residence which is near to kalkaji head post office, delhi from my ola app around 13:15 timing. The driver was not the one who was displayed on the ola app screen. I was in a hurry to reach the hazrat nizamuddin railway station so i had not asked any question. I was travelling with my mother, my wife and my 11 months child with some luggage. The driver was looks like a drunker in the first instance. I told him the way towards my destination but when i was near about my destination then the driver turned into other way. I asked him many times that why he had changed the way but he had not given any reply. Then i warned to call the police then he stopped the car. Afterwards he was arguing with me and dropped me and my family very far from the railway station.
Kindly take the serious action in this case for misbehaving with the ola cab customer and defaced the ola cab services. It is also requested that kindly inform me about the actions which you will take in this case.
