I booked Ola cab on 24 September but as usual driver denied the ride and Ola charged me cancellation fees of Rs 50. I immediately raised this concern to Ola through the app and they said it is waived off. Then I took ride on 10 Dec and did cash payment. In that ride I was charged Rs. 50 as cancellation charges which apparently were waived off.
I reported this issue to Ola on 13 Dec and opened ticket with them. They asked me all details along with bank account and confirmed me that they have initiated a refund of Rs 50 to my bank account and it will be credited within 7-10 days.
Twice I have received call from Ola's side and both times they said they will refund money and wait for 7-10 days. Their Manager Mr. Manish Jaiswal committed that he will personally look into the issue and will call me back to give updates. But just like others in team he is also not responding to mails.
So from 13 Dec 22 till now 23 Jan 2023, I haven't received Rs. 50. I have raised complaints number of times and every time Ola is closing my ticket. Till now 12 tickets have been closed without giving me my Rs. 50
There is no calling number, no chat support from ola. You can't place call from their app as it says "Failed to place call".
I request my refund of Rs. 50 and suspension of Ola cabs from market with such pathetic customer service.
