I am writing this to bring your kind attention towards an incident that occurred with one of our Member while he was taking OLA Ride. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of the driver and lack of support from the OLA Help Section.
On 4th February, 2023 Our Member booked an OLA Ride from Pick up Point B-24, Sector-59, Noida UP-201301 to Drop off Point Vishwakarma Road B Block Sector-66 Noida. As our member has first loaded his belongings over Bike that includes (VCP (50pcs.), Monitor, SP Cards and some other electronic items that cost around 10k ), then he got back to office to take some other goods. As soon as he came back, the OLA Driver flew away by taking all belongings.
Then our member tried to raise complaint through the OLA App Help Section and also visited the Head Office of OLA. But didn't get satisfied reply from them. OLA Team just provide Name and Contact No. of Driver, Which I also have while booking ride.

I am deeply disappointed with the way OLA has handled my complaint. It has been a number of days since the incident occurred, and still have not received any help from OLA Team in retrieving my belongings.
I would like to request your assistance in this matter and ensure that appropriate action is taken against the driver for his misbehavior and non-return of my belongings.
